Welcome to IEP Synergy

Expert Support: Navigating School Challenges and Advocating for Your Child's Rights.

Our goal is to hold districts accountable to the law while building trust and confidence in your child's educational plan. We do this by increasing positive communication with the school, thus creating effective instruction. IEP Synergy connects the dots of Special Ed Law and your child's needs into the IEP and the classroom.

Navigating the world of Special Ed can be challenging due to its unique language and procedures, leaving parents unsure of what to ask for and when. At IEP Synergy, we offer the essential guidance you need throughout the entire process of working with IEP and 504 plans.

We offer personalized support, working behind the scenes to coach you on effective communication and actively participating in meetings and calls. Together, we set up interventions that lead to positive outcomes for your child.

At IEP Synergy, our commitment is to empower you as a parent and ensure your child's educational journey is successful. Let us work together to create a plan that maximizes your child's potential and sets them on a path to academic and personal growth.

  • "Also, just another "thank you" for the support that you offer our family.  We feel well represented and really have another level of confidence in handling our children's affairs.  Ordinarily, the bureaucracy involved with scenarios like this can be frustrating (maybe even debilitating) and can make one feel somewhat vulnerable.   With your services, I don't know if there's any single better investment we've ever made.  We appreciate you."

  • "Meagan Erwin at IEP Synergy knows how the iep process works from the inside out, having been a therapist and a school psychologist. She is deeply aware of how learning challenges can affect a child's entire world, not just their grades, but their mental health. She knows how to approach the school and work with them as a team to best support the child's learning challenges and uses all resources and reports from neuropsych reports to interviews with the child, to grade history to come up with the most comprehensive iep. I highly recommend working with Meagan to help you advocate for your child's rights. She was right by my side and helped me feel confident in the process to get the best for my son."
